While I appreciate that this probably isn't what you're looking to hear right now given the consistent assurances given to you previously, I was informed yesterday that your withdrawal will be processed in 7-8 business days. Counting that the first business day would be today you're withdrawal should be with you at the latest by the end of Friday the 9th of July. As such if you've not received it by then, please get back in contact on Saturday the 10th and I'll chase this further.

I understand that this probably doesn't seem any better a solution that you pursuing the issue directly, but this way you have an independent 3rd party verifying if assurances are not met and publishing it for other players to see, so I hope you'll engage with me while I pursue this for you.

After sending a fairly challenging email Crazy Luck have stated that they will pay you by Friday the 30th of August.

Given the previous assurance that Crazy Luck failed to honor, I can't say that the tone of the conversation give me a great deal of faith, but I'm going to allow until next Friday for Crazy Luck to meet their obligations. After that, if the funds have not been received, I'm going to open this complaint up to public scrutiny to see if the social pressure of players seeing their repeated failures to meet the deadlines that they've set will make any difference.

I've emailed Crazy Luck once again informing them that I want an explanation for the lack of payment and that I will now be publishing this complaint.

I would not usually publish an 'In Progress' complaint, but given that Crazy Luck have now broken their assurances to both yourself and ThePOGG.com on multiple occasions, I feel it's important that players can see how this casino operates. 

I'll continue to pursue this for you and hope we get some reasonable explanation in the near future.

Since publishing this complaint a few minutes ago, I've received an email from Crazy Luck informing me that the payment has been processed at their end and that it will now take "at least 10-15 days" for you to receive it.

I'd love to believe this. However, while we could put the first failed payment down to a mistake, given a second non-payment, taking Crazy Luck's word for anything no longer seems prudent. 

Alongside this, the phrase "at least" suggests this is the lower end of the possible time frame and not the expected result. I've asked for clarification of a realistic date and will update as soon as I've received any information.

still no payment this casino is just a ripoff that will not pay out and players should be warned "TO PLAY AT CRAZY LUCK IS CRAZY" I just hope when our goverment finally pulls its head out and allows online casinos again. That the word has gotten out about this casino and they are left behind.

While I totally sympathise with your frustration and would be completely clear that these continued stalling tactics are absolutely unacceptable, the last communication I had did state "at least 10-15 days" and given it's only been 8 days I wasn't expecting anything from them at this point.

I got a hold of crazy luck and was told a check had been issued on Nov 8th. I told them it was suppose to be wired to my account, but problems with the "processor" is why I was issued a check from the Royal Canadian Bank. When i finally got the check, it was dated Nov 19th. I just deposited it in my bank and I am waiting for the funds to clear. The bank put it in collection, and told  me they suspected it was not real. The reason being , it say's U.S. funds instead of U.S.D. on the face of the check. I should know in 4 to 8 weeks. I will contact you  as soon as I find out whether it clears or not.

Frankly, the length of time it's taken for Crazy Luck to arrange payment of your funds is absolutely appalling and I really hope it serves as a warning to other players to stay well away from this venue.

I was not at all happy with Crazy Luck Casino practices or withdraw methods but the check did clear I got 825 out of 1000 because of echange rate I guess I am still checking that out. But I do not think I would have received anything without your help. So I would like to just say thank you and have a merry christmas and a happy new year

All too often this seems to be the case with Crazy Luck casino; payments are eventually made, but they take an appalling length of time. 6 months to receive your winnings is absolutely unacceptable on every level.

I genuinely disagree with you about my impact on the situation and certainly don't include your balance in the money retrieved figure, but I thank you for the compliment all the same.

Crazy Luck casino have stalled a player's payment of $1000 for over 3 months and continue to fail to meet the payment deadlines that they set.

I put in a withdraw request May 24 it is now July 28 and all I get from support is it will be 2 days, then a week excuse after excuse here are a few of the chat sessions:
