Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you here. This circumstance really comes down to your word against the gambling operators', and the system records would be the default deciders on any ruling.
Whilst we understand your frustration. your claims that you did not place these bets would not be sufficient grounds for us to pursue a refund.

Even though i can see in the log i never do max bets? U can even see how all my other bets are 0,10 bets 0,20 bets but all of a sudden its a 200+ bet? I know its a word against word case but that is something it will always kinda be? U can never as user actually provide any evidence of this? So how would u ever get help if thats the case then?
