I do not want to withdrtaw money,  I want to terminate my account which would give me my money without me having to play anymore. I dont want to bet on the casino because I am addicted. I just want to terminate my account and recieve my money which as you can see in point 7.4.3 is possible.

We understand, but the funds that are in your account are associated with aq bonus contract and you have not completed the requirements associated with that contract.

If you simply want to close your account, you can make that clear to the operator. But you will not receive any of the winnings associated with your bonus play if you have not completed the requirements associated with the bonus.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Dachbet to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Dachbet was not in the casino list so I picked anonymous. I have now asked dachbet live chat 3 times if the terms point to " 7.4.3. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied and decides to close/terminate his account with DACHBET, upon request DACHBET will process the balance currently on customer's account. Prior to any processing, all bonus funds on the customer's balance will be deducted before calculating the amount to be refunded." is correct. The answer I get every time is about withdrawals and rollovers. When he finally gives up on not recognizing his own terms, he says. "it only applies to the bonus funds" when it is clearly stated that it is the real balance and that bonus funds are deducted. When I confronted him about this he closed the chat and when I tried to open a new live chat it was not possible. In conclusion, I would like to close my account and get my money back. It is possible according to their rules but the support ignores it and lies about it. Please help me fix this. They are doing everything to steal my money
