Hi bank delay’ claim after 18 days for my ₹5061 withdrawal (Transaction ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on April 9 is unacceptable. NPCI confirmed UTR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, but Airtel (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) has nothing. I’ve registered FIR 2025/0426/987654 for 420 and lodge cyber crime complaint too. They are not Providing the payee UPI ID or bank reference , or I’ll escalate further.
