After several months of trying to discuss this matter with the operator, Del Oro Casino have failed to provide what we would consider to be very basic that would be needed to verify whether or not the contested play occurred from your device/IP. At this point we view the operator to be intentionally stalling simply to delay publication of the report.

Found Against the Operator - Del Oro Casino has, over a period of nearly 5 months and despite consistent reassurances that the information would be forthcoming, failed to provide basic information to verify the claims they have made.

I won 20,176 euros in real money at Deloro Casino.

Because I only have a daily withdrawal limit of 5000 euros and had already reached this, I wanted to start paying out the money the next day.
When I visited the casino again today, the entire balance was gone.
I then immediately checked my game history and saw that someone else, or someone I didn't know, had placed bets in the casino about 4 hours after I last played there.
I have also never experienced my casino account being hacked and someone else, or someone I didn't know, playing with my casino balance.


**I suspect that the casino itself placed these bets so as not to have to pay out**

I can't explain it any other way.
I think it's impossible that I was hacked and someone else had access to my account and gambled away the money.
I've never given out login details either

the 20k credit was eliminated in the game coins from hacksaw gaming in a period of 40 minutes with bets of up to 50 euros.
I was able to see this from the game history about 4 hours after I last played
