Some general comments on your issue - the LGA generally have a substantial backlog of complaints and as such it's not all that unusual for them to take a couple of months to respond to the submission of a complaint.
Given that 5 business days would have taken us to Wednesday the 8th of October - less than a week ago - I think you've moved on to complaining to the LGA a little too quickly.
If you provide me with the username and the email address you use at Deuce Club, I'll contact the casino and see what I can find out.

Player's Complaint
30th of September I have received an email that my withdrawal of €3450 was approved and that it would be in my bank account within 5 business days. Still no payout and no responding email at all from the department who would have to pay out.
Send an official complaint to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta that Deuce Club doesn't pay out like in there policy is says but they didn't react as well.

so the update is that since today 16-10-2014 im not able to speak by chat to their customer support anymore aswell, it simply sais:
Cannot start a conversation right now, please try again later.
Thats not good at all; so now i can talk to nobody anymore. The emails i send to their finance department are not being answered aswell.
