We've already discussed all of the points that you raise in your latest communication. We're not going to go back over the same points repeatedly. The array of other factors you raise would have no bearing on our management of your claim.

The one exception relates to your misunderstanding of how the gambling interaction occurs. Evolution provides games. You are not gambling with Evolution. You are gambling with the operator. Dublin Bet and Evolution are not constantly transferring funds back and forth between themselves. You place your bet with the operator. If the bet loses, the operator takes your funds. If the bet wins, the operator pays the funds.

However, even if the games did function in the way you suggest, a transaction between Evolution and Dublin Bet would be a private business issue for Evolution to contest with their partner if they are unhappy about how the situation has been managed.
