The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I won over £800 last night and withdrew at seperate times - only one was proccessed and sent through was £50 and i am still waiting on £811 worth of withdrawls which said they are pending for 8+ hours even though they are meant to be instant bank transfer withdrawls. Whenever i click on live chat it just refreshes the website and it is like they have turned it off for me and i have seen some reviews online complaining about similar.

Duelz Casino - Instant withdrawls only sent me £50 out of £800 withdraw and now still pending and unable to use the live chat. (Its like they disabled it just for me)
