Thank you for your message. The current situation is slightly different.

The previous withdrawal was cancelled and the funds were returned to my EnergyCasino balance. I then submitted a new withdrawal request for **19,300 NOK on August 23, 2026 at 16:24**.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the current withdrawal is still showing as **“Pending Withdrawal”**.

Therefore, the current payment has been pending since **August 23**, while the previous withdrawal attempts were cancelled due to technical issues on the payment provider’s side.

I am attaching the screenshot showing the current pending withdrawal.

**The important point is that I have already gone through this process twice before, with the withdrawals being cancelled and the funds returned to my casino balance. I am concerned that the same thing will happen again.**

I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration when contacting EnergyCasino and ask them to resolve the issue and process the withdrawal successfully.

After the previous withdrawal of 19,300 NOK was cancelled due to the alleged technical issue, EnergyCasino instructed me to submit the withdrawal again.

I submitted a new withdrawal of **19,300 NOK on 8 September 2026**. EnergyCasino again stated that the withdrawal would be processed within up to 3 business days.

However, this is now another failed payment attempt following the previous cancellations and repeated assurances that my money had been approved, released and was on the way.

The current withdrawal is still showing as **“In progress”** with **PAYMENTIQ**. I have still not received the funds.

This means that despite the repeated assurances from EnergyCasino, I am still unable to withdraw my **19,300 NOK**, and the issue has been ongoing since **29 July 2026**.

Please add this update and the new withdrawal information to my complaint.

EnergyCasino instructed me to submit the 19,300 NOK withdrawal again on 8 September 2026 and stated that they reserved up to 3 business days to process it.

Today is Friday, 11 September 2026, and the withdrawal has still **not been processed or sent**. It remains in my account as a pending withdrawal with **PAYMENTIQ**.

This is yet another failed attempt to receive the same 19,300 NOK. The original withdrawal was submitted on 29 July 2026, and after repeated cancellations, assurances that the payment had been approved and released, and explanations regarding technical issues with the payment provider, I still have not received my funds.

I am providing a screenshot showing that the latest withdrawal remains pending after the stated 3-business-day processing period.

Please add this information and the attached evidence to my complaint and take it into consideration during your investigation.

I have currently requested another withdrawal of **27,000 NOK**, and considering the previous situation where I had to wait around 50 days for the 19,300 NOK withdrawal, I am concerned that the same situation may happen again.

I hope this time everything will be processed normally, but if the funds are not paid by Wednesday, I will contact you again regarding this new withdrawal.

Both the submitting complainant and Energy Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding two withdrawals from my EnergyCasino account, totaling 19,300 NOK.

The withdrawals were requested on 29 July 2026: 14,800 NOK and 4,500 NOK. As of today, 8 August 2026, both withdrawals are still showing as pending and have not been processed.

I have contacted EnergyCasino Customer Support several times. They have repeatedly stated that the delay is caused by technical difficulties affecting pending withdrawals. They have also confirmed that there are no pending verification issues with my account and that my withdrawals should be processed once the technical issue is resolved.

However, EnergyCasino has been unable to provide any specific information about what the technical problem is or when it will be resolved. I have received repeated generic responses without any timeframe or concrete solution.

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but I believe that this delay is unreasonable. I am asking CasinoReviews to review my case and assist me in obtaining the 19,300 NOK owed to me.

I can provide screenshots of the pending withdrawals and my communication with EnergyCasino as evidence.
