    Greetings A week ago I sent a letter where I wrote that I do not have the requested card, it was lost or stolen, so I cannot send it. Is there any result depending on this? This card has nothing to do with the Skrill deposit. The deposit was made from my official account, so my money was illegally taken, the deposit was made from Skrill, which is legal. And the casino has nothing to do with where the money came from to my Skrill account. I have already received a bank transfer to my Skrill account from another person, and another Skrill user has already sent me money from Skrill to Skrill.

In the first instance, this card has been used to fund your account, and where you did so the name provided for this card was not your own. We would draw your attention to the Energy Casino terms of use:


> "14. **l.** Third party deposits are not allowed; therefore, all payments into your account must be made from a payment source in which you are the named account holder. In case of any inconsistency, Energy reserves the right to request the necessary documentation in order to carry out the required checks. The investigation may also lead to the voiding of winnings."


Further to this, the card in question has also been used to fund your Skrill account. Where you are using someone else's money to play, this is third party usage of your account and would be a further violation of the terms of use, and potentially would qualify as fraud.

At this juncture you are going to be able to evidence ownership of the card in question and explain why your Skrill account is third parties, and provide appropriate paperwork to support that the funds in question actually legally belonged to you.

    Hello A skrill account is like a bank account. Anyone can transfer money to a skrill account, it is not fraud but a regular banking transaction, like any other bank account. When the money is transferred to my bank account, the money is already my property. 100 people can transfer or deposit money to it every day, so the money is my property. No one has anything to do with how the money got to my skrill account. Because skrill is my own account. My question is? If I receive my monthly payment to this account, can I not deposit any of that money? My wife and daughter have already transferred money to this account from their own accounts. These are regular legal transactions.

    Hello And one more thing. I did not violate the terms of use of energy casino that they sent. I deposited from my own skrill account. Because of this transaction, the money I won from the promotion was confiscated, so the confiscated money was not from the deposit. I did not deposit into the energy casino account with the bank card in my other name.

Your interpretation of what constitutes your money does not align with the legal definition of money legally belonging to you. For example money from illegal sources is not yours simply because it has been deposited into your account. Nor is money put into your account, that belongs to someone else, to allow that third party to use your name to access promotional incentives they are not entitled to. That would in fact constitute fraud ("deception intended to result in financial or personal gain").

We are not saying that is what has happened here. But we are saying that you have previously used a 3rd party deposit method on your casino account, which is already a breach of the terms and conditions you agreed to. That same deposit method appears to be funding your Skrill account. You need to provide a verifiable paper trail evidencing why this third party is sending you money - contracts, invoices, sales documentation etc etc. As thing stand the operator's position that your account is being funded by a third party is reasonable and legitimate. If that is not the case you will be able to provide the supporting evidence to confirm this.

Until you provide this, there's nothing further we can do to support your claim.

We are not legal representatives for the gambling operator and cannot provide you with contact details for the operator beyond that which is publicly available. Your legal representative should be able to support you to do this.

The operator cannot be reasonable expected to know that you have been circumventing their restriction on 3rd party payments by funding a wallet with the 3rd party payment method then using the wallet to deposit to the operator.

Nevertheless, that should not be an issue if you can evidence that there was reasonable grounds for your daughter to be giving you this money. Were you repaying your daughter? Can you show the transactions?

If you have been repaying the money in cash, sadly you are not going to be able to evidence this. As you will be aware, cash transactions do not have a paper trail of any kind, which is why cash is often used when the participants do not want a paper trail.

As things stand, you have used a 3rd party payment method on your account and have subsequently been shown to have funded your Skrill account via the same 3rd party's payment method and you can offer no paperwork that would provide grounds for these funds to be considered to legally belong to you. The operator has reasonable grounds at this juncture to believe that the money put into play on your account belongs to the 3rd party named on the payment account, and as such to consider your account in breach of term.

As stated above, without appropriate evidence to support the grounds for these funds transfers, there's nothing further we can do to support you. All we can suggest is that you continue to work with your legal advisor to explore your options.

    Hello I asked them to write down what they are asking of me. Here is a bank statement where it is shown that I regularly transfer money to my daughter's account: Bíró Kincső's name. So here is the proof, believe me, she transfers money to me and I to her. So no fraud happened. I sent her the money earlier and she sent it back to me when she knew 8-9 months later

Sadly we don't concur with your conclusions. What this evidences is that you have sufficient funds in your bank account that there's no reason that your daughter should be funding your Skrill account.

This again boils down to a third party funding the play on your account. There is reasonable grounds in this circumstance for the operator to view your engagement with their service as in violation of there terms of use.

    As you can see, there was money on my account in October 2024, then I sent the money from the account to my daughter. This account is a Business Account, these funds must be settled with the tax office. Luckily, I can use it. As you can see on the account, I received a transfer from another company, Skýla útép ltd. This is a strict settlement with the tax office. This was last year. I played at the time when my account was closed. But this bank account no longer works because it has been closed. That's why my daughter sent the money from her bank account, because I no longer have it, as I have described this several times. We're sorry but this does not improve your claim. If your business has been repaying your daughter, that is NOT you repaying your daughter. A business has it's own legal identity with is separate and distinct from your own. In exactly the same way as the owners of this company cannot use the money in the company bank accounts to repay personal debts, neither should you be.

Furthermore, identifying some payment, to your daughter long before the payments in question and claiming, without any supporting evidence, that the payments in question resulted in your daughter funding your gambling play is not sufficient to dispel the concerns around the financing of your play.

At this juncture we're drawing a line under this issue. Whilst we are not accusing you of any wrongdoing, it is the position of this service that given the bar of the balance of probabilities, the operator has reasonable grounds to believe that you have not been funding the play on this account. This service has not been presented with sufficient evidence to negate those grounds and your financial history, with transactions between you, your daughter and your business, are clearly complex and insufficiently documented to a point that this cannot reasonably be expected to decode the itinerary of monetary exchanges that were moving between these parties.

We understand that this is not the answer that you were hoping for, but there is nothing further this service and do to assist you. All we can suggest is pursuing your claim via the appropriate courts systems if you are dissatisfied with our review of your claim.

    Hello I know I'm right. They asked me to prove that I gave the money to my daughter. I proved it! And the fact that I paid from my Skrill account is not fraud! No one has anything to do with that, why not from my Raiffeisen bank account! In Hungary, it is forbidden to transfer to foreign gambling sites, only with a Skrill account or a bank card. But since I didn't have my own bank card, we transferred from my daughter's card, from the money that I lent her last year. I sent the statement from that too. So this also met the requirements you asked for.
