I did not use two accounts at the same time. My wife and I only used the same device to log in to the first account. Later, I logged out and logged in to the second account, which I personally created and legally owned.

The second account was successfully verified by Fun88, including my personal information and the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Therefore, I believed this account was accepted and valid.

Throughout the verification process, Fun88 did not issue any warnings that such behavior might violate their terms. If I had been warned earlier, I would not have deposited money into the account to play.

I am a regular player, not involved in any fraud or misconduct, and I had no intention of violating the rules. However, Fun88 permanently suspended my account and withheld all the funds, which I believe was done without transparency.

1. No intentional violation – No prior warning

I was never informed or warned by Fun88 that having multiple accounts using the same device or the same bank account would be considered a violation. If I had been informed, I would have complied immediately. My actions were not intentional or fraudulent.



2. Fun88 verified my identity before locking my account

Fun88 successfully verified my national ID card, facial recognition, and bank account before my account was locked. This shows that, at that time, Fun88 recognized me as a legitimate player and allowed me to continue using their platform.                                                  3. Funds are legitimate
The balance in my account comes entirely from legitimate winnings and my own deposits. There was no fraud, abuse of promotions, or use of prohibited methods.

4. Request for fair resolution

I have always used genuine information: my real name, real National ID Card, and a verified bank account.

During my play on the second account, I was able to deposit and withdraw normally without any issue. Regarding promotions, I did not focus on them — I only deposited my own money to play, not to take advantage of bonuses.

Therefore, I respectfully ask that my situation be carefully considered. I have been a verified Diamond VIP player since 2019, Fun88 had already approved both my accounts and banking details, and I acted in good faith at all times.

Because Fun88 approved the verification without any warning or notification about a violation, I genuinely believed that the second account was recognized as legitimate. For that reason, I deposited money and played normally.

During my play with the second account, I was able to deposit and withdraw without any problems. Regarding promotions, I never paid attention to them — I simply deposited my own money to play. I had no intention of abusing bonuses or offers.

👉 Most importantly, Fun88 never informed me at any time that opening a second account was not allowed. If I had received any warning or rejection during the verification process, I would have stopped immediately. Instead, Fun88 accepted my documents, verified both my accounts and bank details, and only later blocked my account without explanation.

For these reasons, I kindly ask that my case be reviewed carefully. I have been a verified Diamond VIP player since 2019, Fun88 approved both my accounts and accepted my deposits in good faith, and I always acted honestly as a player.

I would like to add an important clarification regarding my case. My second account (username: chimsedinang73) was fully verified by Fun88. They confirmed my ID (CCCD), my bank account, and even face verification without any warning about a violation. I was also able to deposit and withdraw money normally for a period of time.

However, after I made a request to withdraw a large amount of money, Fun88 suddenly locked my account and accused me of violating their rules. If my account was really in violation, why did Fun88 allow me to verify successfully and process deposits and withdrawals many times before?

This shows that Fun88 only decided to block my account after I tried to withdraw a large sum, which strongly suggests unfair treatment and an attempt to confiscate my funds rather than a genuine enforcement of their terms. If there was a verification mistake, the responsibility lies with Fun88, not the player.

I kindly ask you to consider this fact when evaluating my complaint.                                        Attached are screenshots of several withdrawal transactions that Fun88 successfully processed and paid to my bank account before my account was locked. This shows that Fun88 had verified both my bank account and my ID successfully, and they considered my account valid during that time.

Escalating the matter to the Curacao Gaming Control Board is an option that is available to you. We have not seen any evidence of this regulator actually doing anything to support players and are not aware of any players being successful taking claims through their system.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Fun88 to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

My account at Fun88 (username: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, registered on May 11, 2025) was suddenly permanently suspended on June 17, 2025, without any prior warning. At the time of suspension, my account had a balance of nearly 300 million VND (~11,000 EUR).

I had already passed KYC verification and my bank account was also verified. I was never warned that using the same bank account or IP for different Fun88 accounts would violate any rules.

I have contacted Fun88 support many times, but only received automated replies or generic messages saying I violated their terms, without any clear proof or .



I kindly  to help me receive a proper explanation and refund of my account balance.
