Unfortunately there is not much we can do if you cannot provide supporting documents.

Emails are accessible from any device or desktop, it doesn't need to be your own personal laptop at all costs. The same usually goes for the documents you provided for verification.

If your iCloud was hacked, you could speak to their Customer Care team and ask them to help you get your details back.

Also, please remember I cannot access any of this information myself because my Casino Rewards account was locked. If they hadn’t of locked my account it wouldn’t matter if I lost access to my iCloud account.

You attached an email from the 27th of May 2026, where you told the customer support person assisting you via email that the documents were attached to the email. Can you forward the email with those attachments separately so we can access them?

We know this might be frustrating, but we need to ensure we have enough information to build a case before we can move forward, and in this case, the verification documentation is very important.

I have sent two seperate emails that I sent to Golden Tiger as part of the verification.

My drivers licence which I sent in my email to your prior to today, unfortunately do not have a copy of this email and/or correspondence as the account is locked.

I am not sure why they haven't been able to send me details of my account as requested many weeks ago. I also have a similar problem with a new account I set up - I made a request to withdraw $300 and they locked my account straight away. I cannot access this account, or any correspondence except for the emails I have sent them requesting them to unlock my account.

Yes this is extremely frustrating but I do really appreciate your help on this matter.

three or four months ago I put in a withdrawal of $40,000 from my golden tiger casino account. I changed my password and subsequently forgot that I did and got locked out of my account.

I sent an email explaining the situation and asking that they unlock my account so I could receive my winnings.

After receiving no reply, I sent a further two emails to follow up. Eventually they responded and said that I would not receive my winnings as there were duplicate accounts and multiple “bad transactions” - both of which are not true.

I asked them to send me proof but I never received anything.

I was fully verified on the golden tiger site.

Unfortunately I cannot send screenshots or documentation as my laptop and phone were stolen by my ex partner.
