Thank you for your emails. The crux of this issue effectively comes down to the operator claiming that you played with and lost the funds and you claiming that you did not place these bets.

Before going further - you are playing with a Cuacao licensed operator. This is a weak license that offers minimial or no protections in terms of responsible gambling. This aspect of your case is effectively no pursueable.

All gambling operators track the IP address and device that play occurs from. As such they will be able to show if the play in question has come from your device. Can you confirm that you did not play with these funds?

I confirm that I did not use these funds for gambling. Additionally, I had requested a block on gaming activities on my account, meaning I could only withdraw funds but not play, and every bet was canceled. Therefore, it was impossible to place bets.

In a better regulated jurisdiction, we'd make that case. But in Curacao there are no published standards around self-exclusions. If you have asked to lift those restrictions, the operator will have a record of this and there are no licensing standards to prevent them doing so. The fact that you requested a block on your account does not make it impossible that you wagered these funds.

I confirm that my account was blocked with only the possibility to withdraw but it was impossible to play! I did not play my money and the account Is been closed with €10k inside for no reason! I did not play that money and I want it back!!

As already explained, there is no legal obligation for operators to enforce restrictions of this nature for Curacao licensed operators. Whatever the operator may have told you.

As I said the account was open but blocked so I couldn't play and I never asked to unlock it!

Ok, thank you very much. In the last emails they said that I had been credited with extra money by mistake, that is absolutely not true!! I won everything with a hand of blackjack for €25k!T

Then I withdrew 15k (with two withdrawals of 7500) and had 10k left to withdraw

Here's the story: on July 18, 2024, I deposited money and played on Goldenbet for a few hours. At one point, I bet all my money (€10k) at the Blackjack table and won by hitting Blackjack, so I won €25k. On the same day, I asked support to block betting on my account, allowing me only to withdraw but not to bet, to safeguard my money and prevent me from playing. My request was granted, and I could only withdraw, so on July 19, 2024, I made the first withdrawal of €7500, and on July 27, 2024, I made the second withdrawal of €7500 (for a total of €15k withdrawn and €10k remaining in my Goldenbet account to withdraw).

Everything was proceeding correctly until today (August 2, 2024), when I tried to access my account, and it was blocked. I contacted support, who initially unlocked it, but my balance was only €6k instead of €10k, saying that the money was removed due to a system error. Shortly after, my account was blocked again, and when I contacted support through live chat, they told me my account was closed (without providing any explanation) and all my money was bet (WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE SINCE I HAD ASKED SUPPORT ON JULY 18 TO BLOCK MY BETTING, SO ANY BET I PLACED SHOULD HAVE BEEN VOIDED).

I can forward all the emails sent to support, from which I am not receiving any response, and I am attaching photos of my winnings from which I should still be able to withdraw €10k, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DEMAND JUSTICE!!!
