Player's Complaint

Beware of Grand Parker Casino guys. They are [EDIT] and not licensed and no body regulates them. If you ask them, they wont give the licensing agency name.

Two months back I was trying some of the online casinos, So opened an account with Grand Parker and didn't even play or deposit any money. After a month I tried to open it and it didn't allow me and it was inactive, so I opened another account. This time I was stupid enough to deposit 6k first. I lost everything in a single day. The next day I deposited 8k (fool). Both time I didn't take their bonus. Then something magical happened. I played blackjack and you guys wont believe it. I made my 14k deposit to 1.5 million within a week just by playing their online live blackjack. I am not joking. But today 8.13.2014, my balance was 932,182.61 before they closed my account.

I submitted my documents on July 22nd. It was never approved and the finance department stopped replying to my email from August 1st. Just now my account manager told me that management asked him to close my account. He told me that management cannot approve it because of duplicate accounts (my first was inactive and locked before I opened my second and never played with it) and they will refund my 14k. I hope they refund it which I doubt. I have taken screen shots of my account there. If you want I can send it to you admin. Again I am saying I won all my money through playing live dealer Blackjack (mostly)and Baccarat. I did tried their slot machines.

Please guys don't open account with Grand Parker. [EDIT]

That sounds like quite the lucky run you were on.

I can say a couple of things about this complaint. In the first instance by opening a second account you opened yourself up to problems. Most casinos - if there's been no activity on one of the two accounts - will be happy to raise the issue with you and disregard it. If however there's been any activity of any kind on the account, there's a good chance you'd be stuffed even at the most reputable casinos.

Secondly I can say that I am aware of the licensing status of the Revenue Jet casinos. Since I published this information these casinos have been non-responsive to the player complaints that have come in to this site. As such I think it's unlikely that I'll hear anything back regarding this issue.

Thirdly, I have edited out some of the accusations you have made in your post. I appreciate your frustration, but if I do manage to get hold of someone to speak to, these will make a positive outcome less likely.

Before I can do anything further I need you to provide me with the username and email address you use at Grand Parker casino.

Grand Parker withheld a very large win due to a second account being open that never had any activity on it. They did not respond.
