I have contacted customer service twice and they keep saying they look into it ...but i just get the run around. I did enter my user name on the promotion page prior to making a deposit (I even contacted customer services to ask how to do it). They are now saying did I enter the code .. Just want some fair play. regards [EDIT]

I have established contact with Grosvenor and someone is looking into the issue for me.
As it's the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference this week that response is likely to be delayed.

Grosvenor fixed the problem and placed the cash back the player had earned into their player account. No other issues arose.
