I tried to withdrwal again and got denied. They are asking for a bank statement with my debitcard number and name on the statement. My bank has told me time and time again that they do not provide statements with your debit card number on it. This is something a fraudlent company would ask for.  I went to the bank again and they gave me proof of debit card ownership with it bank stamped. I am feeling very imbarassed as everytime I go to ask for more documentation they look at me with worry and keep asking if I have done my dudiligence in assuring this is a legitamint website.

With regard to your case - both parties are in error. Your bank is not providing a piece of documentation that most banks provide as standard. Both the submitting complainant and GSlot Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Good day I am filing a complaint against the casino G slot on May 22nd I made some deposits, played some games and ended up winning some dollars. Actually, I won like 1200 but because they keep with holding the withdrawal they keep rejecting it so I spent some back but the amount they keep rejecting is $680.88. I have given them absolutely every single piece of paperwork they request. For some of the transactions I used my visa debit card others was just the E transfer So what they're requesting for me is a bank statement with my card number on it and my name. This is impossible to do as any bank account statement holds an account number not a card number. I have also provided them with a bank stamped copy of my bank card proving that it is mine and that it is active I've given direct deposit forms over and above what is asked for and they're still rejecting it. I did read their terms and nowhere in their states that you must provide proof by having your card number on the statement that's not doable like it's not something that can't be done. And the first couple conversations with customer service they just keep sending me the same thing saying that we need a statement with this card number and your name so that we can know that it's your card so I asked the guy “ I want to know that you've received the paperwork that I sent because it won't let me click on the site to see what paperwork it is that I've uploaded and he told me that what I sent in was not suitable for them so I asked him what does that mean? Then he disconnected the chat he didn't want to respond back I'm just at my wits end. How can I provide proof with my bank card on a staement when all the transactions are there on my bank account satement.  I've done everything on my part they're just withholding funds that are doing this I truly believe so that I'll spend it back they don't want to pay me but it's OK they take hundreds of dollars from me but they can't pay me back when I win it's pretty sad I won't be playing on this site again. Please Help
