Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operator’s ADR, EADR.

Found Against the Operator - Helmi Casino has informed us that they will not cooperate with this service to manage player complaints.

I got a big win from this casino like almost 1 month and 2 weeks ago and they still havent paid. First they asked for documents etc and I provided those and after veryfying my account they told me that they will have to do some routine check ups because its a big win, and I understand that. But now its been almost 2 months so this isnt normal, they told me that they have to make a phone call to me some kind of congratulation call or something, well I didn't answer the first time they called since they didnt even tell me that they will be calling and my battery was dead, well now I asked them to call again so I can answer but they havent called back and its been a week from the last call, at this point it just feels like they are dealying and refusing to pay.
