Player's Complaint
I won £350 on various slots. I went to withdraw, but as I’m changing bank accounts from NatWEST to First Direct I applied to withdraw funds by wire transfer. I’ve gone in today to check that this has gone through and the account is disabled. I’ve emailed with no response and tried the live chat function but there is no response here too.
