Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Instant Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Dear Sir/Madam,



I have been playing on Instant Casino for several months, and until recently, my withdrawals were processed normally and on time — sometimes even within a few hours.



On April 8th, I made a withdrawal of €440. On April 9th, the withdrawal was marked as “successful,” but the funds never arrived in my bank account. It has now been over one month and ten days, and I still haven’t received the money.



I have been contacting the casino every single day via email. However, their responses are always the same: that they are “working on it” and have “no updates.” I also submitted a complaint on Casino Guru, where the casino finally responded, admitting there was a mistake and claiming that I needed to go through a verification process in order to receive the funds.



I completed the verification process and provided all requested documents. On May 9th, they told me that the payment had been made to the bank account I had provided, and that “everything was fine.”



However, on May 12th, I informed them that the €440 had not been deposited into my account. They then changed their story and said the money had not actually been sent — which means they lied to me.



Since then, I have continued to contact them every day, and I keep receiving the same generic replies: that they are “looking into it” and still have “no information.”



To make matters worse, shortly after this issue started, my account was closed by the casino, and I am no longer able to log in.



My complaint on Casino Guru was marked as unresolved, because the casino stopped responding again. Even as of a few hours ago, they are still sending the same vague replies.



I have explained to them countless times that I urgently need this money, but no one seems willing to actually help me.



Please, I am kindly asking for your help. Is there anything that can be done to help me recover the €440 that is rightfully mine?
