As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Jackbit Casino does not hold a UKGC license and as such is breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed/unlicensed property. These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. However on their website the UK is not listed as a restricted territory by there terms and conditions, it doesn't say this anywhere, also they use UK based payment method and a UK based payment provider. The website can also be accessed from UK mainland with no restriction so without you confirming that here I wouldn't have known. If this is the case shouldn't it be unaccessible from the UK and should this also be clearly stated in the terms and conditions. It also clearly states in their own operators requirements they are bound by the laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate.

There are large numbers of illegal gambling operators that accept UK players. They do this intentionally. It's easy to tell the difference though. A UKGC licensee will list information about their license in the footer of every page of their site, and include a link to their license page on the Gambling Commission's website.

Player chose to play with weakly licensed operator. The protections they will offer against gambling addiction will be minimal. Our intervention won't change that.

I am requesting a refund of deposits since the Lasy payment I have withdrasn from jackbit. I am both registered under gamstop and suffer with gambling addiction also, where jackbit claims to have safer gambling features on the website which they do not, they also claim to have deposit limits and features to prevent gambling related harm. This is a lie if they did I wouldn't have been able to deposit money and not keep track of it so I'd kkow what I was spending here, three is nothing warning you when you have deposited a certain amount allowing you to freely be subject to financial harm whilst they are able to claim themselves as a responsible operator this is wrong not only because how can they be responsible if they are lieing. When I requested self exclusion from jackbit it took them all day to close my account and only did this when I  notified them a second time that my Account was still open only after this did the account. Then after the accohnt closure they continued to send me promotional material after I Complained they told me to unsubscribe which is what they should be doing to my name on their list rather than telling me. To do their job. They are clearly lieing in there terms and conditions because no such features exist.
