Hi,

I play Jackpot City and on Wednesday night I played a game where I won $1000 on a 5 of a kind in a set of 15 free games on Georgie Porgie. Now I went to withdraw the amount and it states that I could only withdraw $500 worth and I had a bonus of $600 worth.

I contacted Jackpot City where they told me for some reason I had a very high play through for some reason and can't see why. I was told I had to play through over 7800. Which is a lot for the size of the win. I was told to keep playing. And spend more money. They did find that I hadn't closed a game properly and was told so and then they would reset the totals if the manager could do so but they couldn't. Then the next day I tried again a day the play through had come down after playing games more but only down to 7200 this lady also said my play through was extremely high and couldn't see why.

No one is helping me with this and I should be able to access that Win more than its allowing me to.
