Hi Pogg On 10 june I deposited $40can using a prepaid credit card and won i made a withdrawal request for total of 10,300can ..I have played at this casino alot and have won a few times so was awaiting my money going into my acct as thats the way i previously recieved my winnings, it didnt come so i got ahold of them through live chat and they said i had to prove the deposit !!!! They never asked for this before ! I mean i play there many times a week and never heard this regarding prepaid cards which are like cash !! I dont have the card anymore but what the heck its a prepaid card ? Can u help me get my winnings ?? As it is a large amount and really needed .. Thanks.for your kind consideration
