Ownership is already proven, I send the document from kucoin showing im verified and its my account, I showed all transactions from the last 3 months just like the asked for. Is always something new everytime i provide what they ask for.
Also why do they not do these checks when I deposit?? they should have asked about this when I deposited then, but for sure if I didnt win they would not care anything about where my money come from!!!
What license do they have and do they actually have to make these checks because of their license?

Ownership of the account may have been proven. Ownership of funds has not been proven at this juncture.

This isn't a matter of licensing. It's a matter of the prevention of money laundering regulations that all companies, regardless of the sector they function in, are subject to.

It is your choice how you want to proceed from here, but as stated above if you are not willing to comply with these checks there's nothing we can do to assist you.

They paid me a previous withdrawal, and they never cared one bit when I deposited and lost my money.
So its just bs that they care about money laundering. I just won "big" and now they want to make problems.
There is no way for me to show anything concrete, my crypto is years and years of holding, buying, selling, air drops, send/receive crypto to friends, own money withdraw when I stayed abroad and I have never deposited fiat to get crypto. First time I used crypto I just gave my friend cash in hand and he gave me crypto.
So what can I do?

Ok thats fine.
Where can I turn to tip of that they dont make checks for money laundering at deposit?
For sure if the money laundering claim is real(and its not its just oure bs) then I will make sure they follow this on ALL deposits to them. because they dont check others.
Im 100% sure they are not allowed to even received deposits if they dont check where the money come from if they really have to check this through their license agreement.
Because that how it been working when I have deposited money into companies that actually have to check for money laundering.

Yeah just total bull___t, they dont care about money laundering for one second, like I told you they paid me on my previous small withdrawal.
Also why would I use bonuses if I wanted to launder money??

Found for the Operator - this player was unable to provide ownership of funds for full verification.

Hi
I won €3533 after playing with one of their casino bonuses.
I made a withdraw after I had verified my account.
They send me an email saying I need to upload ID and proof of address even though I had already done it.
I ask if they need the same documents again and then they sent me a new email saying they want a payslip and bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
I send them all my work related transaction and show them on my bank statement as well this goes back and forth for a while they just keep on asking questions.
Then they start to ask for tax return, I said I can download the tax return but it will not show anything for the previous year since I lived in Thailand for a few years.
then they ask me for a statement from my crypto account of all transactions for the last 3 months.
This was complicated since the only possible file format to download this in was CSV and of course they insisted that only pdf format was accepted, so they told me to convert it into PDF and that was very complicated but I managed to do it and sent it to them.
Then they dont accept it and says I have to have my personal details in the document also like a bank statement.
I contact the support of my crypto exchange and they inform me that this is not available on their exchange but that if its important and I need it then they can make a statement in pdf that includes my personal details and all my transactions for the last 3 months.
I had to wait 4-5 days for this but I got it and sent it to the casino.
And they just continue asking for more stuff, now they want even older transactions and where my crypto coming from and this is where I had enough and said im tired of this and I will not send anything more because honestly I dont see how they have any business of digging in years old information of when I stayed in Thailand and basicly only used crypto.
They claim that through their gambling license they have to obtain this information and I dont believe that for a second.
If they really wanna check if the money is clean then Itold them that I have withdraws from other casinos with the same license that have paid me and they even have those transactions in the crypto statements they received.
Because that would be considered clean money right? Winnings from another casino or do they actually have the right to act like this?
