Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we can suggest at this juncture is that you contact the operator’s ADR, Pardee Consulta.

When I made my account to this casino site a bug or a typo happend im not even sure. Phone number was asked on the registering phase and I filled my phone number with the automatic fill thing chrome has, but because my phone number had 0 on front it took the last digit of the phone number away so the phone number that I registered with was missing the last digit of my real phone number, and bcs of this mistake the casino told me that I had made multiple accounts with same phone number, and I told them what had happend and they just told me that there is nothing they can do and they will still take my money. This isnt fair! I can even send u guys proof of the real phone number and that it missing the last digit
