I can see that someone from the Complaints Team has been in touch with you 2 days ago. Ideally, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service, as stated in our Terms of Use.

In extreme situations, we may at our discretion choose to intervene before the operator’s internal complaints procedures have been completed, but as a general rule we will not.

We will keep the case open for the time being until LeoVegas can run their investigation, however if you haven't heard anything by Friday 1st August please, let us know.

No problem but please do note that this issue has been ongoing since June. More than a month now and therefore I am asking for your intervention on this but if I must wait until August 1st I will continue waiting

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my increasing frustration and dismay regarding the ongoing issue with my LeoVegas account. For over two months now, I have been waiting for a resolution regarding the funds in my account, and the lack of progress has been extremely disappointing.

Throughout this prolonged process, I have provided all necessary documentation multiple times, including selfies, bank statements, identification, and various other documents. Despite my consistent compliance and patience, LeoVegas has continued to withhold my deposits without valid justification, which I find utterly unacceptable.

The communication from LeoVegas has been severely lacking. I have had to repeatedly reach out to them for updates, only to be met with vague assurances and no real progress. This experience has not only been frustrating but has also raised serious concerns about the transparency and fairness of their practices.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter. It is imperative that LeoVegas is held accountable for their actions and that my funds  of over 20,000$ are returned to me without any further delay. I appreciate your attention to this urgent issue and look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
