Thank you for your patience whilst we discussed this matter with the operator.

This issue initially occurred due to a technical malfunction in the settlement of your bets. The bets you placed did not result in a single outright winner, but rather resulted in multiple tied winners. These bets should be settled under the Dead Heat rules:


> "If there is a Dead Heat, you will win part of your bet and lose part of your bet. A Dead Heat is calculated by dividing the stake proportionally between the number of winners in the event. So, in a two-way Dead Heat (2 winners) for example, your return will be half of what it could have been. Dead heat rules do not apply when the tie or draw is offered in the market. Effectively when you have a dead heat, one part of your bet is treated as a winner, and one part as a loser. If a three way dead-heat, one part (33.33%) would be a winner, and two parts (66.66%) would be losers."


The technical error resulted in your bets being paid as outright winners rather than via the Dead Heat rules and the actions that the operator took after this point were intended to rectify the significant overpayment that you had received. In ordinary circumstances, the operator would be within their rights to correct the situation in this fashion.

However, reviewing the manual calculations that were conducted to correct this outcome we identified an error that resulted in the operator deducting more than was required to correct the original technical error. As such you are entitled to a further payment of €3929.70.

The operator will credit your account shortly with this amount. We would appreciate it if you could check your account and let us know once your balance has been credited.

A technical issues has been corrected and the player has now received the appropriate payout for their bets.

I won from sports betting without any bonuses. when the bets settled they emptied my account. I have had conversations with them and they returned me about three thousand euros, but not nearly everything. I am missing €13 779. I made bets on the football Euro 2024 Championship and the Copa America in June and July. please help me get my money back. I added my betting history balance as well as deposits and withdrawals to the files.
