When did this win happen? In honesty, this sounds normal. When a big win like you've experienced occurs it's normal for the operator to double check it, asking for the software provider to review the records to ensure the game has functioned correctly. You probably shouldn't worry just yet.

We apologise for keeping you waiting this long. We have been reviewing the jackpot activity on your account with the jackpot provider.

Following an investigation with the jackpot provider, we can confirm a malfunction took place. The malfunction was a result of a fault within the jackpot providers (Thrilltech) math model, which caused two incorrect events. The first was triggering the jackpot itself and the second was displaying incorrect values.

Normally under our T&Cs clause 10.5 and 10.7 on the rare occasion there is a system malfunction resulting in an incorrect payable and jackpot win, we are eligible to void the winnings and gameplay which we had done.

However we also understand this is not your fault and after review with the management team they have agreed this is a very poor experience and as a gesture of goodwill they credit €5,000 to your account and process the withdrawal.

Hi Luckyone123,

We've reviewed this issue in detail with both the operator and via confirmation from the software provider. Unfortunately there were two technical errors within this game round, the first being that the game round triggered when it should not have and the second being that the game awarded a far high win than should have occurred.

Based on the terms and conditions that Lucky Jungle, and effectively every other gambling operator, include, they are within their legal rights to void rounds where there is a technical error of this nature.

Found for the Operator - The jackpot payout that this player received occurred in error as has been verified by the software provider.

I played on luckyjungel as I often do, I played sugar rush where I bought 10 free drops. for 20 euros. I put the button on for the jackpot ( on ) and after a while it said that I had won the jackpot 90,000 euros. at the same time I won 40 euros inside my game. I put 5,000 euros for payout but now luckyjungel has frozen my playing account, I have received an email from them. where it says they must investigate if there has been an error or something else, if this is normal I would like to know. because I've never tried that before
