Below is a couple of emails between me and lucky tiger about the closing of my account. Also it has one statement from an agent asking me what I'd accept in $ to drop my complaints and resolve all issues I had, $350-$400. But then shortly after, they closed it just like Shazam did after I deposited over $5000, with not a single cashout either. I've got many more, but they are basically saying these same things over and over. Thanks

Here's some more emails, it's not only that I've deposited nearly $10,000 and only had one $300 washout, which right there should show unfair gaming, but closing my account for reasons that changed each time, and that they did the same thing at their sister casino Shazam, after i deposited over $5,000+, then closed it because i was complaining as well. Its not right when you get done like that after you've lost so much $, and nothing you can do about it. Ask for my deposits and withdrawals, and compare them, $10,000 to $300, don't seem like it's fair gaming to me.

Here are a couple more emails between us.

The amount lost isn't the problem, it's the only one $300 win in nearly 5 years of depositing around $9,000+. With this much play from me, i should have stumbled on a few payouts without even trying to. And that's not even counting the cashback bonuses, daily free spins, and fee reimbursements as well as my deposits, and to have one single $300 cashout should be proof enough that something isn't right or fair as they claim it to be. Then they close my account so i cant do anything about it or even directly contact them, just like they did to me at Shazam, the sister casino. Seems like it's a pattern they use after they get large amount of $, then close account out of the blue, for whatever reason. They said for vulgar language, which I may have said shit or hell a few times, but who doesn't say it these days, not vulgar or offensive either. I just don't think it should be allowed for them to do people this way, without some repercussions, and give the player back a portion or percentage of the money they lost, because they do this all the time and nothing happens to them, while the player is robbed out of every dollar from the time they signed up. Thanks. As my emails shows i was complaining constantly about lack of winning, compared to money deposited and lost, and requesting to resolve it from their offer if i accepted it, but they just closed my account to keep from doing anything, and that's not right. I send my money in good faith and i am expecting to have an honest chance of playing and winning some. But after 5 years of no wins, there's no doubt that the games aren't fair and honest.

As stated above, the level of losses that you are unhappy about are nowhere near substantial enough to mathematically validate conclusions about the fairness of the game. Being unhappy with your results does not by itself entitle you to a refund/partial refund of your losses.

And as far as account closures, any gambling operator is a private business. They are within their legal rights to decline to accept custom off of any player for any reason that is not discriminatory. And as you say, where you're "complaining constantly" and trying to pressure the operator to give you more back, the operator is within their rights to simply determine that managing interactions with you has become more effort than the value of the account to their business. While we understand that you are unhappy that they've decided that they don't want to accept your play any more, that is something that is their choice.

Wow, well I'd think that $10,000 lost compared to $300 won is quite enough of an example that the games aren't fair. What do you think is a good amount then, $25,000-$50,000. We'll as I said, I think it's sorry when two casinos run by same people closes my accounts after $5,000 and $10,000 out of the blue, and then i contact you for help, but nothing gets done to the casinos ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. It didn't have anything to do with anything I said, it was after they'd took a substantial amount from me, and when I started complaining about it, they closed my account. Its crazy to think that 5 years of depositing $10,000+ to a casino, with $300 only in withdrawals, that you'd think that it's not a good showing of their games not being fair. We'll, im directly the opposite in this situation, cause that's plenty enough of time playing and money deposited compared to wins I had during this time. Well, im not understanding what you do then. Just how much does one have to lose before you think it's enough to warrant a claim against the casino. Where I live, $10,000 is quite a bit of money, compared to $300 won. That's a significant difference. And I also don't see how 2 sister casinos both close my accounts after I deposit and lose over $15,000 out of the blue, and there's nothing I can do about it. I thought that's what a complaint site such as this was for. I mean you didn't even contact them and at least question them regarding the issues I presented. The way I see it, these casinos have zero repercussions so they can do as they please, while players continue to lose thousands of dollars, which according to you isn't enough to contact the casino on my behalf. We'll, thanks. Do you know of any similar sites that would help players that's cheated out of their money? Thanks

Whilst we appreciate that for you $10000 is a lot of money. But the amount of money is not a valid determination of whether a game has returned fairly or not. A player could lose $10000 on a single round of play. That wouldn't evidence cheating games. The high variance nature of the majority of casino games, that requires millions of spins, at least, to determine.

As stated previously, gambling operators are within their legal rights to not accept your play. You may not enjoy that experience, but it is not one that forms basis for any form of refund by itself.

We would not refer you on to other parties in this instance as we do not view your claim to be valid.

Well, thanks. As I said, if one deposits say $25-$30 each time for 5 + years, and after that total of around $10,000+ was lost and only one $300 withdrawal was made during this time, it's amazing how you can say that it's not enough money lost to warrant any help from you. Of course, $10,000 could be lost on one play, if your rich, which I'm not. This goes to the fact that the two sister casinos, did basically the same thing which is closing my account after $5,000+ was lost at one and $10,000+ was lost at the other casino, which to me shows blatant intent to take my money, and when I started complaining about not winning, my account gets closed at both casinos, which makes it impossible to try to recover or even win any of my money back. Also, if there were ways I could take to try to recover some of the money I lost, I wouldn't even contact this site, but there's nothing a player can do when this happens. And the site that's suppose to be a way to maybe help a player when they feel like they were done wrong, won't even make an attempt to help you or contact the casino and question them about the situation, just falls into the casinos side of no repercussions for anything they do, so why stop. I really don't get it, you act like $10,000 lost is not a substantial amount of money, but it is to me, and it's not right to be done this way by these casinos, and nothing ever happens to them after doing it. I'd contact them and request a portion of my deposits be refunded back to me, if there was some karma for their actions, maybe they'd stop cheating all their players. Thanks

Based on what you've submitted, we don't see any grounds to conclude that there was any likelihood of the games functioning in an unfair manner. So there's no grounds for us to contest losses. I disagree. As any normal human being on planet earth, if asked if they would think that after over $10,000 in mobey lost over 5 years, with only one $300 win during this time period, I'm confident to say that id strongly agree that 99.9%of those people would conclude that the discrepancy of wins to losses would show the games weren't as fair as they claim, and also that for each of these two sister casinos to accept over $6,000 in deposits from me, then almost at the same time to close my account on each site after I made complaints about the games being unfair, if this doesn't show an intentional way of accepting a player's $, then cutting ties with the player to ultimately keep the player from any chance of winning or recovering any of those funds, that in itself should show blatant shady behavior and tactics to chest its players. Thanks. I don't agree with any of your decisions, basically your not trying to help anyone that gets cheated, any amount of money cheated from a player is grounds enough to question the casino and it's methods or tactics used to achieve this money by any means necessary, even if it was only for $1, it's still cheating. Whether or not the average human would _feel_ cheated is entirely different to whether they have been mathematically cheated. Humans are evolved to look for patterns in random events. This has helped us become the most successful species on the planet, allowing us to learn quickly and adapt. But it also leads us to draw invalid conclusions about patterns in high variance events. Like "I've lost $10k, so the games cannot be fair".

Furthermore, that the operator closed your account is not evidence of cheating in any way, shape or form. It is premised on the flawed idea of trying to "recover" or "win any of my money back". Given that the house always has the edge, there sound basis to conclude that playing on is going to result in you recovering funds. In fact, it's far more likely that the outcome will be further losses. Where an operator closes your account, they're making a business decision that is likely to cost them money, and they tend to take those decisions either where a player has become more of a burden to manage than they are worth to the business, or whether they're intervening due to suspected gambling issues.

We've done many investigations into cheating games over the history of this service. But only where there were reasonable grounds at the outset for us to suspect that there may be something wrong with the game. These are labor intensive investigations requiring significant deployment of resources, and are not undertaken casually. As such "reasonable grounds" do not include situations where players _feel_ they have been cheated based solely on having lost more than they are happy with.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the outcome of your submission, but there is nothing further we can do to assist you. We will not be continuing to invest time in covering the same information that has already been communicated to you. As such, no further posts will be approved on this thread.
