When I went to deposit money there was icon telling that there was 1 bonus available. I chose it and deposited 100euro and they gave me 50 bonus.

The screenshot you sent through, was this taken from a page on the LVBet site, an email, or a promotional text message?

The promotion appears to be the Euro Elite Reload. Whilst we haven't been able to locate this on the LVBet site, we have located affiliate sites that advertised previous versions of this promotion. They include the following term:


> "This Bonus gives 50% on top of a qualifying deposit. The maximum bonus amount is €100. In order to receive the maximum bonus, the player needs to make a deposit of €200. **Max winnings are capped up to €500.**"


If the terms of this promotion were the same as the above this time round, these terms would not be considered not clear or misleading.

If there were no terms provided with the promotional advertisement, or if they were substantially different from the terms quoted above, you may have a claim. But if the terms mirror the above there would be no valid claim based on misleading terms. These terms are clear that the maximum win allowed from play associated with the promotion is €500.

Yes but i played with my money aswell with the 100 euro. If the first bet was with my money only I won more than 500 euro

The term reads:

"**Max winnings are capped up to €500.**"

It does not read:

"**Max winnings from play with bonus funds are capped up to €500.**"

Which is how you are looking to interpret it. The rule is absolutely clear in this respect. That you have added in additional restrictions on the extent of the term's application is not an issue with the clarity of the term itself.

When you accept a bonus, you accept the terms that are associated with that bonus. Unless otherwise stated, the restrictions that these terms impose apply to all play from the point that the contract is accepted until the bonus contract has been concluded.

Found for the Operator - The terms associated with this bonus were clear in their restrictions and the player has been paid as much as they are entitled to from this bonus.

I made a deposit of 100eur and the company LVBET gave me 50eur as bonus. I played all the €150 and I won 991.50. Then I played all the 991.50 and I won €2151.56. From these I played €360 and I won €680.40 and the total winnings was €2471.96. Now I wanted to withdraw the money and the company took the money and gave me only €500. They told me because I played with the bonus. Apart from the Bonus I played with my money and after the first bet I would win more than €500 money without their bonus. For me they ▇▇▇▇▇ the money because even the terms and conditions are not clear and they are misleading.
