We do not consider Trustpilot reliable when it comes to reviewing the gambling operators. The majority of players will end up down. That is how the business works. But it also means that a substantial number of players end up unhappy despite the fact that they've received exactly the service they purchased and as such user generated reviews of gambling operators will normally and naturally tend to skew to the negative.

Ok noted re Trustpilot, but there are reviews thereon which indicate a common theme of non-payment by Magic Win, not just the lack of wins from various games. They just do not payout.

Email from Magic Win as below. My outstanding withdrawal has been reversed so that they can start the whole “withdrawals are completed within 21 working days” line again. This is the usual delaying tactic.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Magic Win Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Made a withdrawal request originally in September 2023. The site just didn't pay, and continues not to. Every now and then, the withdrawal gets reversed, so I have to start the process all over.
