Yes this is only a virtual card. They said they would accept it but so far nothing on my account has changed. Been trying to collect for 55 days now. It’s exhausting.

This redemption a has still not been paid. On October 30 my account and I was able to request my redemption. I received an email that stated my redemption was approved and I would receive the funds in my account in 3 to 5 days after five days, I was told it could take up to 10 business days after contacting them today and told they have a heavy load of and they are not sure when it can be processed. Is there anything you can do to help? I have verified and re-verified and re-verified my account three times now I’ve complied with everything they asked for. I’ve been patient this all began on September 3, 2024is November 10, 2024 I am still getting the runaround.

Both the submitting complainant and Megabonanza Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

On September 3, 2024, I won $4500usd at Megabonanza.  My account was already verified and I cashed out my funds.  I received an email stating it could take up to 3-5 business says.  On the 5th business day I was told my customer support to allow 10 days.  On the 10th day I was told it was 10 business days.  On the 10th business day I contacted customer support and was told that I needed to provide copies of 3debit cards.   I sent the requested documents and was told to wait 48 business hours and I would receive an email.  After 48 hours I contacted them as I did not receive an email,  customer support told me my documents were invalid and I needed to resubmit them again and create seperate files for each with specific labels.  I did as Instructed and was told it would. Be 48 business hours. And I would receive an email. Two days later I received an email stating my redemption was approved and it was on its way to my account.  To allow 3 days for it to post.  After 3 days i co tacted customer service as the Fu nds were not there and was told that my redemption had been declined, that my account was now restricted and that I needed to RESUBMIT everything again but this time I needed to include a copy of the card ending i. 5917 and my relationship to the account owner.  The acct owner is my fiancee and I am an authorized user on this accou nt. However,  After reviewing my account, I could not find a transaction where this card was used.  When. I co tsctrd customer support, I. Was told that on Aug 16th I attempted to make a purchase with it and it was declined. So even tho a purchase was NEVER made with this card, this is the reason for the decline. . I complied with there request and this time I submitted front and back photos of 4 credit cards, a letter of expla nation regarding my relationship of the card holder and a letter from my fiancee stating I'm an authorized user on the account. I packaged it all in separate labeled files and uploaded it to the proper link.  And I waited for my email for 48 hours.  After 48 hours I co tacted customer service as I didn't hear from mega and I was told the documents were invalid and I needed to resubmit everything again. I did as the requested and I also posted a review onTrust Pilot.   I received an apology from Mega regarding my experience and was told I would be receiving an email.  I did receive an email bit the email simplysaid to resubmit my documents for verification.  Today is October 5, 2024 and I still have not received my redemption nor is my account active.
