Abandoned – The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our requests for additional information. As such we assume that they’ve managed to resolve their issue on their own.

My Melbet account (ID: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) has been blocked since October 17, 2025, and I am unable to withdraw my balance of 5,615 CAD.The security team asked me to provide a medical certificate confirming that I do not suffer from gambling addiction. I sent them a signed and stamped document from a psychiatrist at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Canada) — a real physical paper, with the hospital’s official stamp and the doctor’s handwritten signature.

Despite this, Melbet keeps rejecting my documents with the same message:
“Dear user, the files that you have send us cannot be accepted for verification. Please provide us with original files.”

I have already provided the original photo of the physical document, exactly as requested. I will not send any more documents, because I have fulfilled every requirement.

I believe Melbet is intentionally blocking withdrawals and abusing players.

I respectfully request ThePOGG’s help to have my account verified and my funds released.
