Melbet have provided your communication logs where you openly acknowledge that you have opened other accounts in the past. Sadly this is a breach of terms and conditions and the operator are within their rights to close your account and void all play.

I have never opened multiple accounts. From the beginning, I registered with my own National ID (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), and whenever the Security Team asked for verification, I was the first to submit my NID and all supporting documents.



Unfortunately, my account was later hacked. After the hack, the hacker (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ submitted his own NID and other documents to the Security Team, which created confusion. As a result, my account was blocked.



I kindly request you to carefully review the matter. As proof, I am forwarding the relevant email thread, where you will see that I was the first to submit my own NID and documents to the Security Team.



I can say with 100% certainty that I do not have any multi-account under my name. To prove this, I am ready to provide all required documents (NID, selfies, bank statements, bKash statements, etc.).



Additionally, I have also attached a PDF file of my entire conversation history with the Security Team, where it is clearly shown that I initially contacted them with my own NID and documents.



Therefore, I humbly request you to reconsider my case properly. Once my true ownership is verified, I ask that my account be restored and my rightful balance released.

The security of your account is your responsibility. You are the only report we've received about an Melbet account being "hacked", meaning that this wasn't a technical breach of the operator's systems, but rather a third party gained access to your login credentials. Where there's been a security breach on an account of this nature, the operator is within their rights to close the account and void all activity.

Found for the Operator – Melbet has provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this player has openly acknowledged opening multiple accounts.

I am ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from Bangladesh. I had only **one verified account** on Melbet with user ID **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇**, National ID **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇**

where I had a balance of ৳282,405.06 BDT. Suddenly, on **July 10, 2025**, my account was **suspended without warning**. Melbet claimed that I had multiple accounts, which is completely **false**. I have **officially** denied any connection to those accounts and sent them my **National ID (NID)** to prove my identity.

However, they continue to hold my funds and have refused to reopen my account. I have contacted their security and support team many times, but they keep giving me robotic responses, ignoring my evidence.

I am now planning to **pursue legal action** and have already submitted a complaint to **Curaçao eGaming**. I will also consult a lawyer in the USA if needed, as I will be traveling there soon.

This is a **serious violation** of consumer trust and fairness. I am requesting your assistance to recover my blocked funds and hold Melbet accountable
