Player's Complaint
This is for Monarch's Online Casino. I didn't see it listed so I didn't know what to put it under. It is not against 1 Ace Club. I deposited on June 26th and received a 350% bonus on a 50.00 deposit, which was 275.00 total. I wagered the required playthrough and they somehow put that I received a 390.00 bonus. That is not the only issue. Now they claim that they gave a nondeposit bonus in the middle of this. There is no way. They said I am not able to cashout. They shouldn't be able to issue free comps when you have a balance in your account. They never issued bonuses at all. The only reason they are doing this is because I have a balance of over 1200.00 and I am able to cashout. This is a loophole that they can use to not pay me.

Hi Imachiz,
While you have a complaint open at AskGamblers it's probably best to put this one on hold. It usually only serves to confuse issues when multiple sites are trying to have the same conversation with one casino.
Let me know how your AG complaint goes and we'll take it from there.
