With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. I’m submitting a complaint against Monsterwin

I requested a withdrawal on Saturday,  July 27, 2025. According to Monsterwin’s policy, withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends. That means processing should have started on Monday, and the withdrawal should have been completed by Wednesday 30/07/25 at the latest.

Today is friday 01/08/25, and the verification step of my withdrawal is still pending. I have not received any communication from the support team explaining the delay.

I have complied with all site rules, my account is in good standing, and I’m ready to provide any necessary KYC documents if requested. I also contacted customer support, but received no satisfactory answer.

I’m attaching all relevant proof, including screenshots of the withdrawal request, status, and support messages if available.

I kindly ask Monsterwin to process my withdrawal immediately or provide a clear explanation for this delay.
