And as you can see they accepted and allows my deposit which would usually be available after the promo, which I didn't mox multiple promotions they changed everything and screwed me over, by redesignating my $28 deposit and lying about it all. There was less than $1 when I went in the cashier to get the Bitcoin address to make my deposit

It forced me straight into the game, it wouldn't allow me to navigate anywhere else on the site.

The winnings were $3 I think, and I played one or ,2 spins on the same game they forced me to play to get back to an even $28 that I had deposited before the it made me play the spins. I had my $28 before anything was won from any spins and I had $28 when I changed to the a game I wanted to play. My deposit was a standard Bitcoin deposit they tried to change to make it look like a promo deposit when I don't deposit with coupons or promos ever, so there was not any multiple promo usage either.

And I know my account was $0 before I deposited because I had to get the Bitcoin address from the cashier, and I would have seen it because I specifically check before depositing and I can prove I never use coupons or promos in my play with buzz luck and lucky red casino I've been playing for years with them .

We've reviewed your account activity with MrO casino and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.

The free spins that you received were credited to your account on your request credited at your request. On the 22nd of September at 23:56 server time you went to the prize wheel section of the MrO casino site and spun the prize wheel, receiving 30 free spins no deposit bonus. You then logged off without playing the spins.

On the 23rd of September at 19:11 you logged back in and made a bitcoin deposit of $28. You then went into the game that your free spins were credited for, and played the free spins at 19:14, resulting in winnings of $1.58.

While we appreciate that your recollection around these events may differ, you did opt-in to this promotion, your play was not interrupted to force you to play the free spins, and you did not contact support to ask for the free spins winnings to be removed, resulting in a mixed balance that breaches promotional terms and conditions.

Found for the Operator - This player did opt into this bonus, they were not forced to play the free spins when they did, and they did breach bonus terms by mixing funds.

I logged in and checked my account funds to verify they were below one dollar, to avoid any confusion. I loaded $28 in Bitcoin, and went to play a game and it interrupted me and said I had 15 free games. Which I didn't want or agree to play. It forced me to play, and I played thru winning nothing but maybe 3 dollars, which I gambled down to the original $28. I deposited (took 3 spins). After verifying this, (like usual when the bonus winnings are under $1 it's boycotted), so I proceeded to play other games with the $28 I deposited. I won $680 or so and cashed out in Bitcoin. The claimed I mixed funds and stole it all, returning my $28 which is not fair as I didn't mox anything they forced a bonus on me that wasn't there when I logged in.
