Yes I can change my user name to Blue15.



My father and I both used welcome bonuses but we played through those and deposited more without bonuses. So the bonus amounts were cleared.



I am still trying to contact them but get no replies or help. I was able to see my account  before they blocked it and half my withdrawal amount was reversed and was missing.

No we have not. The winnings we won was after the bonus was used. We both deposited more money and did not have a bonus.



My account has been blocked as they say I have more than one account and I do not.



The statement below states the law is they must  prove to me I have more than one account and not just say I do! If they can not prove this then I have a legal right to go after that establishment.



As I have said to them multiple times I have never even heard of that site prior to May 4 and my account was blocked within a week. I do not have another account. Their system is wrong and they need to show me proof and investigate this other account and block that one.

Thank you for looking into this.



I only have one account. I was playing on my phone and some times my laptop. Some of the times I was not even at home, I was on the road.



It does not matter that my father was playing as well in his OWN account.



Yes I give you permission for you to use my information.



I have asked for proof of another account. They give me no help and I just get the exact same reply word for word.



My father’s account has nothing to do with it. They are stating I created two accounts under my name! Which I have not.

Sadly, your opinion on whether your father having an account or not is non-relevant. We are looking into this issue only because Mr.Bet's terms and conditions don't explicitly prohibit more than one account being used from a single IP address. That's poor terms writing on their part, so we will try to discuss the matter with them.

However, as previously stated, having multiple accounts with a gambling operator registered to your IP address will effectively always result in you experiencing issues getting paid. Or more likely, simply not getting paid. We need to be clear that if you submit further complaints relating to similar problems in future we will not be able to assist you.

I have played on multiple sites for a lot of years and so has 4 other people living in my house and we’ve played on the same sites with our own accounts. This is the first time I have ever experience this issue or even heard of it.



I have recently started looking into this site and I see this has happened to a lot of people. I am hoping we can get this cleared up and fixed and this site looked into as I feel they are taking advantage of people.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Mr.Bet to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Hello, I set up an account with Mr. Bet casino on May 4. I made a deposit I played for a few days while making other deposits into the casino. On May 9, I went to withdraw my winnings, which have been pending since.. on Mayb14 I went to log back into the casino and deposit again to find out that my account has been blocked and my money has been voided. This is apparently due to multiple accounts in my name or by myself.. this is not true as I have never set up another account. I only have the one email address that I use and they cannot provide me any proof or documentation to back this up.. they stated apparently since I set this account up on May 4 another account was set up. If that is true, that is not by me and they should do their due diligence to prove that and cancel the second account not the first one signed up.. I believe this is due to the fact that they do not want to pay out what has been won. I have done lots of research on this casino and realized that there are lots of unhappy individuals that were also fraud out of their money. One of those individuals happens to be my father who is going through a similar situation with them. we do live at the same house, but that is his account and this is my account he uses his bank account. I use my bank account. There is no reason for my account to be blocked.

I am hoping you can help resolve this situation as I did really enjoy playing on this site. I enjoyed their games and at least it gave you some money to play instead of just taking it. I have tried to contact them by email for days and no replies. I  an email from my husband‘s   and I get a reply right away. I have also  their live chat, which is just bots repeating  the same information.. they are not willing to help me give me any information on this other account or reinstate my account. They have blocked my email address so they do not even receive my emails.
