MyStake asked me to take a picture of my National ID Card, Identity and Email Verification.

Furthermore, after I requested for withdrawal of the whole amount of winnings they asked me to do video verification which I have already done.

I have given you all necessary documents but you chose to believe that I gave you nothing so how are we supposed to continue the conversation here?

I mean the dispute I have here is related to the neverending investigation MyStake have on my account which they are intentionally stalling this matter for more than five months already (Starting Date: April 1, 2025) so the subject you should focus on here is the "investigation" itself, meaning that chat logs, emails, and whatnot are the ones should be put in of utmost importance.

If you believe that KYC is the obstacle here I have already proved that I get all my verifications done through email as all they asked from me are selfie and video verifications.

Other verifications I had are from the third party they have on the platform which I cannot reap the documents for you, and it is impossible to do so.

So please understand that the priority here lies within the "investigation" that they have been using as a facade to stall the payment that I had rightfully earned.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the non-payment of my withdrawal request totaling $2,000 USD from MyStake.

On March 31 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for $2,000 USD from my MyStake account - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Despite fulfilling all necessary verification steps and complying with their requirements, MyStake has not processed this withdrawal for over 2 and a half months.

During this period, I have repeatedly contacted their customer support team. Unfortunately, the responses I received have been generic and did not provide any clear explanation or timeline for when the payment would be processed. It appears the company is deliberately delaying this matter, potentially prolonging it up to the maximum allowed timeframe.

This delay has caused me significant financial and emotional hardship. I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that the withdrawal is processed without further delay.
