Reviewing the registration form on MyStake Casino, Georgia is not included in the country list and you were required to enter an address when registering. You must have selected a different country when you registered your account.

We have other concerns about the MyStake's promotional structure, mainly that there's no mention of countries prohibited from receiving the Welcome Bonus in the terms and conditions for the Welcome Bonus. The reference to the General Terms were these restrictions are included is not linked to the page. However, where you've selected an incorrect country of residence, you've provided incorrect registration details, which has resulted in the bonus system incorrectly awarding you a bonus. This was your error.

 Second i had multiple accounts.
 Third refund processing time ends.

You also seem to have entered incorrect information upon registration. If you mislead the operator on your country of residence, it is not the operator's fault that the system has inappropriately issued bonuses to you.

Please keep you communication with this service polite and respectful.

Where you were temporariliy is not as irrelevant to registration. When you're registering an account you're asked for your place of residence, not your temporary location.

Found for the Operator - The player has registered as resident in a country other than their actual residence. As such they received a bonus they were not entitled to.

I have been playing on this site for several months. I was always losing money. About two weeks ago I won. They deducted my winnings of 1274 euros. They told me that I was playing from a prohibited country. You can lose, but you can't win from a prohibited country. When I asked for a refund, they told me that I was violating the rules and had several accounts. When I asked for a refund, they told me that the deadline had passed and they didn't return my money.
