Just to clarify, your question is in regards to the A$250 maximum win on the bonus winnings, is that correct?

Although we didn't have the information provided by the operator included, we could still see from the emails provided that you were aware of the the FOURTH bonus wagering limits, which had a max win of A$250. Is this correct?

Did you actually request this bonus or not?
The reason we're asking this question is, while you seem to be aware of the wagering limits (as mentioned previously) you asked the operator to confirm which bonus was active on your account at the time of withdrawal.

Once we clarify these questions we might be able to have a better explanation.

To clarify your questions:

Yes, I became aware that the Fourth Welcome Bonus had a maximum withdrawal limit of A$250.

However, I did not specifically request the Fourth Welcome Bonus. It was automatically added to my account by the operator.

My complaint is not simply about the A$250 maximum withdrawal rule. My concern is that, after completing the wagering requirements, my account showed a balance of approximately A$1,000 and my A$1,000 withdrawal request was accepted. I have asked the operator to explain, with a detailed calculation, how the remaining A$750 was removed, but I have never received a clear breakdown.

That is the issue I would like reviewed.

We'll try to breakdown how the maximum withdrawal clauses in Terms and Coditions work for casinos;

If a bonus has a maximum withdrawal limit of A$250, and you have A$1,000 is your account, that means that you can only withdraw the A$250 and the other A$750 will be voided.

This means that once the wagering limit is played through, and once the time limit for said wagering is over, the 'extra' amount over and above the maximum withdrawal for that bonus is removed.

This is why N1 Bet have removed the A$750 from your account after wagering.

I understand your explanation of how a maximum-withdrawal clause operates where a player has validly accepted a bonus subject to such a restriction. However, this does not address the central issue in my complaint.

The critical question is not whether a A$250 maximum withdrawal can theoretically apply to a A$25 bonus. The question is whether N1 Bet was entitled to apply that bonus restriction to my A$1,000 balance in the first place.

The A$25 bonus was added by N1 Bet. I did not specifically request that A$25 bonus for the purpose of converting or restricting my own deposited funds and subsequent winnings.

Therefore, I respectfully ask that the following points be addressed:
1. Evidence of acceptance: Can N1 Bet provide evidence showing exactly when and how I affirmatively opted into and accepted this specific A$25 bonus and its A$250 maximum-withdrawal restriction?

2. Prior disclosure: Can N1 Bet demonstrate that, before play commenced, I was clearly informed that receiving this A$25 bonus could result in an account balance of A$1,000 being reduced to only A$250?

3. Cash versus bonus funds: Can N1 Bet provide a complete transaction and gameplay ledger showing precisely which funds were my deposited cash, which funds were bonus funds, and how the A$1,000 balance was calculated and classified?

4. Application of the restriction: On what contractual basis does an automatically or promotional credited A$25 bonus permit N1 Bet to impose a A$750 forfeiture on the resulting balance, particularly if the player did not knowingly elect to have their cash play subjected to that restriction?

5. Withdrawal acceptance: If the maximum permitted balance/withdrawal was effectively A$250, why did N1 Bet's system allow the account to reach approximately A$1,000 and subsequently accept a withdrawal request for A$1,000 before cancelling it and removing A$750?

6. Applicable terms: Please identify the exact clause and the exact version of the Terms and Conditions/bonus terms that were displayed and applicable at the moment this A$25 bonus was credited or accepted.

I am not asking CasinoReviews simply to reconsider how a 10× maximum-withdrawal rule works. I understand the rule you have described.

I am asking for evidence that this particular restriction was validly and transparently attached to my play and my A$1,000 balance.

Without evidence of informed acceptance and a complete accounting showing how the A$25 bonus became the contractual basis for confiscating A$750, stating that "the maximum withdrawal was A$250" does not, by itself, resolve the underlying dispute.

I would therefore appreciate it if the complaint could remain open while N1 Bet is asked to provide the above evidence and calculation.

Found Against the Operator - Despite our repeated efforts to contact N1Bet to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Title: N1 Bet – Dispute regarding confiscation of A$750 after completion of bonus wagering
Complaint:
Dear Dispute Resolution Officer,
I respectfully request your assistance in resolving a dispute with N1 Bet, operated by N1 Interactive Ltd.
I accepted the Fourth Welcome Bonus of A$25 and completed all wagering requirements. The casino itself has confirmed that the wagering requirements were completed.
After completing the wagering, my account balance reached approximately A$1,000. I submitted a withdrawal request for A$1,000, which the casino accepted and recorded in my transaction history.
The withdrawal was subsequently cancelled and my balance was reduced to A$250.
The casino states that the maximum withdrawal from the A$25 bonus is A$250 under its "10x maximum win" rule.
I understand that this is the rule they rely upon.
However, my complaint is not simply about the A$250 cap. My complaint is that the casino has never provided a complete calculation showing how my A$1,000 balance was made up or why the remaining A$750 was removed.
I deposited my own money to participate in this promotion. I have repeatedly asked the casino to identify:
the amount of my deposited funds;
the amount classified as bonus winnings;
the calculation used to determine my final balance;
the legal and contractual basis for removing A$750.
Instead of providing that calculation, the casino has repeatedly responded only that "the entire current balance is fixed according to the maximum win rule."
I respectfully request that the ADR require the operator to provide a full accounting of my account balance and determine whether the application of the bonus terms was correct and transparent.
