Hey,

i may have to add some information for this case.

I already had an Account on N1, but there goes something wrong with my actual 
place of residence.

So i opened another one, and i thought i deletet my old Account. 

So i deposist only in the new Account, and even didn't play with the old one. 

So i thought i done nothing illegal, or something against there terms. 

Then i send all my documents again, to N1. 
The support, accapt all of them. And then i could make a payout, they said. But the next day, my Account was blocked, cause, i played with the same IP-Address. But i thought i deletet my old Account. 

I even didn't loged me in there. 
So i thought im in right.

Now i'm waiting for a payout, which is 400€ big. 

So they toke all my money which i deopsist there, and also the pay out. 

When it is illegal, to open a new account, with the meeainng, that i delete my old Accout. Is ist then not also illegal, that they take my deposist, and dont want to pay it back? 

Cause i'm from Germany, all online casinos, are illegal, but this doesnt matter.

I only want my 400€ pay out, or the money which i deposist on this Account. Cause it can't be allowed that they now take all my money. Without any cash out.

Yes i know NOW that it was against the Terms. 
But is it okay, that they just can take all the money, which i deposist, and then close the account ?

Hi Polarbaer,

Yes it is of a weak nature - you stated that you had agreed to the terms and conditions. You then broke those terms and conditions. By default the operator would not be liable for losses that come about as part of your failure to adhere to the terms of the contract, though there may be other factors that are relevant to your specific case.

Your claim is going to take some time to process. 

Our concern here is whether or not all play on your duplicate account should be considered void. Having discussed this issue with the regulator their position is that as the operator carry the following term:

"Refund request may be declined by the Casino if the player provides false or intentionally modified personal data in order to bypass the system."

no refund is due. However, it may be the case that the term is fundamentally inapplicable. As the breach occurred at the moment the account was created it may be the case that the initial conditions to facilitate the contract were never met and the contract itself is void on a consumer law level. The MGA have indicated that the final authority for this type of ruling would necessarily have to go through the MCCAA - the consumer protection authority in Malta. As such we will be reaching out to the MCCAA in due course to raise this matter.

However, having dealt with the MCCAA on a number of matters previously I can state that our experience of working with this body has shown any progress made to be a very slow process. The current open dialogue we have with this group has not received a response in over 2 months now. Our expectations would be that full discussion of this issue will take at least a year to deliver workable information. 

I will update you as/when we have new information to provide.

We have been unable to get clear answers from the relevant regulatory agencies regarding whether or not operators are within their rights to retain deposits on multiple accounts.

 i had an Account with my second E-Mail Address, where i cant payout, cause, my address wasn't until then not the right, cause i thought i will move earlier.
 So i thought i deletet this account and opend a new one under the E-Mail:

 I wanted to make yestaday a pay out from 400€. So i send all my actual data to them, now my account was closed, cause i had a duplicated account, but i wasnt loged in there, until i had a new one.
 So now i have loss of a a lot of money.
 
 And they blocked the wrong account. Cause the Account with [EDIT] is my correct account with all right documents.
 
 And i chatted a lot with the chatservice, and they said, i miss only these and these, so i uploaede directly, nobody told me, that my old account ( which i thought it is deletet).
 could be a problem.
 
 So i answered them, they blocked the wrong account.
 
 May y can help me?
