The casino voided my winnings, citing that I exceeded the maximum allowed bet while playing with a bonus. However, I need clarification on their bonus terms and how they apply to my specific case.

• I received the bonus directly from the casino.

• I started playing with €1 bets and increased my balance to €2,000.

• I then played Big Bass Splash and purchased an in-game bonus feature for €100. From this purchase, I won an additional €2,000.

2. Bonus Terms from N1 Casino:

According to the casino’s terms:

• The maximum allowed bet while wagering with a bonus is €5 (or equivalent).

• This maximum bet limit applies to doubling bets, post-round bets, and in-game bonus purchases.

3. Questions Needing Clarification:

• Does the €5 maximum bet rule apply to in-game bonus purchases like the €100 bonus feature I purchased?

• If so, how is this condition clearly communicated to players?

• Are there exceptions for bonuses that the casino credits directly to a player’s account?

Yes the maximum bet term applies to your play.

Bonus round purchases are simply a single large wager, risked on the outcome of the bonus feature. They're not different to any other bet. The N1 Casino bonus terms and conditions relating to this matter are as follows:


> "Cashback is a bonus unless otherwise specified. Any rules that apply to bonuses in general apply to cashback bonuses as well. The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR or equivalent (5 USD, 50 NOK, 7.5 CAD/NZD). The max. bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game)."


This clearly and explicitly extends to the purchase of bonus rounds. But even without this literally language extension, the maximum allowed bet is €5, meaning that you are not allowed to risk more than €5 on a single event. By risking €100 on the outcome of a bonus round, you have breached this rule.

The general bonus terms and conditions are clearly signposted on the operator's site, linked to in the footer of every single page, and are included in the general terms and conditions, which you explicitly agreed to at point of registration.

Unless the operator has explicitly informed you that the general bonus terms and conditions, or the maximum allowed bet term, do not apply to this bonus, then these terms would apply to this bonus.

If you were unaware of this restriction, it is because you did not read the terms that you agreed to. That is not valid grounds upon which we could uphold your complaint.

Likewise, the point of infraction makes no difference to the consequence of the infraction. Whether it's the first bet or the last bet of the wagering requirement. When you accept a bonus, you are entering into a contract. If you then breach the terms of the contract before meeting the requirements of the contract, the contract is void and both parties are reset to pre-contract positions.

Whilst we understand your frustration, all we can suggest is that you ensure you read fully and ensure you understand the terms and conditions associated with any bonus that you accept.

Found for the Operator - This player has exceeded the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

** **I would like to file an official complaint against N1 Casino due to their unfair practices, which led to the confiscation of my rightful winnings.



I had €60 in bonus funds in my account and received an email from N1 Casino encouraging me to play using these funds. I spent several hours playing different games, such as _Big Bass Splash_ and _Legacy of Dead_, gradually increasing my balance with small bets. Eventually, I managed to grow my balance to €2,000. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, a customer service representative informed me that my funds were locked, and I needed to continue playing. I continued playing and increased my balance to €4,000.



I first attempted to withdraw using Trustly, but the transaction failed. The customer service representative explained that there might be issues with Trustly and Visa withdrawals. As a result, I tried to withdraw €50 through MiFinity, since I have an account there. However, my withdrawal request was denied, and all funds were removed from my account. N1 Casino claimed it was a “misunderstanding” and confiscated all of my winnings.



This is entirely unjust, as I adhered to all the rules and played fairly. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me recover the funds I rightfully won.



I have attached all the necessary information and evidence to support my case.
