Yes, it has been credited on the account on N1 Casino, but I had requested for a refund on my bank account due to the fact that they had lost my deposit and I had no interest to continue using their services. Since the deposit was lost, the deposit doesn't fall into their terms&conditions anymore.

I have tried, but as I earlier stated they refuse to allow me to withdraw my deposit, since it has not been wagered once, according to their terms&conditions. However, since the deposit was originally lost on their behalf for several weeks, the deposit that I had made does not anymore fall into their terms&conditions. I have requested them for a withdrawal several times, but they refuse to do it.

Both the submitting complainant and N1 Casino has informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

I have deposited 60€ to N1 Casino using "Talleta ja Pelaa" thorugh Trustly payment service. After the deposit account balance still showed 0€ thus was unchanged. I contacted and provided documents as proof to N1 Casino through chat-support and e-mail. They have forwarded my issue further to another team, but I have not received any answers. The deposited amount still hasn't been returned.
