After a thorough review of the Malta Gaming Authority’s (MGA) legislation and Player Protection Directives, it is clear that N1 Casino’s actions constitute a breach of regulatory standards. I am requesting an immediate re-review of my case by a senior adjudicator.

My dispute is based on three primary regulatory failures:

### 1. Bad Faith "Verification Loops" and KYC Non-Compliance

N1 Casino engaged in what is colloquially known as a "verification loop." I have provided documented evidence—including a confirmation email from the casino—stating that my account was fully verified and that I was cleared for play and withdrawals. Despite this, my subsequent withdrawal requests for $2,000 (following a $4,400 win) were rejected twice. The casino then re-requested the exact documentation they had already approved.

Under MGA guidelines, once a player has met KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, the operator is obligated to process withdrawals without undue delay. Using repetitive documentation requests as a tactic to stall payments is a violation of the **MGA Player Protection Directive**.

### 2. Contradictory Enforcement of Bonus Terms

The casino cited a "bonus breach" regarding bet sizing to void my winnings. This was a direct result of a misleading user interface within the slot game, which I immediately reported and ceased playing.

More importantly, the casino’s own subsequent actions invalidate their "breach" claim. If I were a "bonus breacher," the operator should have restricted my account. Instead, they continued to issue me over seven subsequent bonuses and cash prizes for tournament placements. A licensed operator cannot selectively enforce terms only when a player attempts a large withdrawal while simultaneously incentivizing that same player with further bonuses.

### 3. Failure of Duty of Care and Responsible Gaming

By intentionally delaying a legitimate withdrawal through redundant verification checks, N1 Casino created a scenario where I was encouraged to play through my balance. This "delayed withdrawal" tactic is recognized by the MGA as a predatory practice that undermines player safety. The loss of these funds is a direct consequence of the casino's failure to provide a timely exit for my winnings as required by their licensing obligations.

### Conclusion

The evidence I previously submitted—which includes timestamps of the verification approval followed by the withdrawal rejections—clearly demonstrates casino malpractice. I am asking the ADR to hold N1 Casino accountable for these breaches of the **Remote Gaming Regulations**.

If this matter is not resolved through a more thorough investigation of the provided evidence, I am prepared to escalate this complaint directly to the **Malta Gaming Authority’s Player Support Unit** and, if necessary, seek further legal counsel regarding these systemic regulatory violations.

N1 Casino is responsible for the loss of approximately **$2,500 CAD** in legitimate winnings. Despite explicitly confirming my account was "Verified" on Dec 20, 2025, they systematically blocked **two separate withdrawal requests** ($470 and $2,000.92). By returning these funds to my playable balance and subjecting me to an indefinite, predatory verification loop (including demanding impossible documents), they forced a "Reverse Withdrawal" scenario where the funds were lost due to administrative stalling.

**Detailed Timeline of Malpractice:**

**1. The "False" Verification (Dec 20)**

- On **Dec 20, 2025**, N1 Casino emailed me confirming: _"Your account verification has been completed successfully... continue playing!"_ [_**Screenshot_2026-01-07_15-56-25.png**_].
- Based on this confirmation, I believed I was free to withdraw.

**2. Incident #1: The Initial Withdrawal (~$470 CAD)**

- Immediately following verification, I requested my first withdrawal of approx. **$470 CAD** citing a "Max Bet" error (which was a corrected UI mistake that i explained in great detail more than once)
- Despite the "Verified" status, N1 Support stalled the payout, refusing to process it.
- **The Result:** Due to the delay and lack of communication, these funds were returned to play and subsequently lost.

**3. Incident #2: The Tournament Win & Second Withdrawal ($2,000.92)**

- I continued playing (winning a Tournament Bonus) and successfully completed the **$7,000 wagering requirement**.
- I requested a second withdrawal of **$2,000.92**.
- **The Cancellation:** N1 cancelled this request on Dec 26,  and returned the money to my balance [`Screenshot_2026-01-07_15-54-15.png`].
- **The Loop:** To prevent me from withdrawing this returned money, they restarted the verification process, ignoring the Dec 20 confirmation and demanding a photo of my **Bank Card** for an **Interac** deposit (which is impossible/irrelevant) [_**Screenshot_2026-01-07_16-10-05.png**_].

- **The Result:** The $2,000.92 remained trapped in my account due to these artificial barriers and was eventually lost.
- **The "Impossible" Document Rejection (Stalling)**

- **Why:** This shows them rejecting your bank statement (`Bill_20251210.pdf`) because it didn't show the deposit date, even though the new statement wasn't out yet. This proves the artificial stalling.

**4. Negligence & Liability**

- N1 Casino had verified my account on Dec 20.
- There was no valid reason to block the initial ~$470.
- There was no valid reason to block the subsequent $2,000.92 or demand irrelevant documents (Bank Card for Interac).
- Therefore, N1 Casino is liable for the full loss of **~$2,500 CAD** under MGA Player Protection directives regarding "Timely Payouts."

**Desired Outcome:** **Full Restitution of ~$2,500 CAD.** These funds were only lost because the operator failed to honor their own Verification confirmation and refused to process valid withdrawal requests.



**I have attached screenshots of all the communications between N1 Casino support staff and myself. The evidence of the malpractice and breaching of MGA's legislation, regulations and directives aimed to provide a safe gaming environment and protect the players rights.
