The mentioned Casino is all time asking for other winnings and transactions from different casinos. I send screenshots even though I can't see why this is relevant for them. But is never enough to send me my funds

This is relevant as the casino is looking to document a legitimate paper trail evidencing that you are the legal owner of the funds that were put into play.

What specifically has the operator asked you to provide that you have not? If they have rejected documents they will have provided instructions on what you need to provide that was not included in the submitted documents.

They first told me to send them statement of bank which I did, than payslips which I did (even though I think they are not appropriate). Them they asked to send them a winning from a casino with my name which I did also. Now they are asking for a withdrawal from another casino which I don't have!!!

Firstly, no, your first email did not include any attachments.

Secondly, we asked to see all your email communications with the operator including all documents that you've submitted. Reviewing the new email chains, which you sent through on the 24th and were not included in your original submission, there are clearly still communications between yourself and the operator missing. And there are documents missing. The only documents that have been included so far are two bank statements.

Please forward all of your communications, so we can get a clear picture of your interactions with the operator, and all documents that you have submitted.

Any time you submit documents for verification they should be taken in a well lit environment, and using your flash, to ensure that the pictures are crystal clear. Similarly, you need to ensure that all of the corners and edges of the documents are clearly visible in the photograph.

Where your submissions do not meet the above standards, it would be expected that you will have issues.
