I work in the Igaming business since 5 years.


I know that i won the money in a legitimate way, and I’ve provided every single document they requested.

For no reason they simply refused for 2 weeks to approve the withdrawal, waiting for me to play and loose the balance.

This is what they did



Unless under their terms and conditions there is written that a legitimate win with all the requested documents in order to verify the account is not something allowed, I’m pretty sure I did everything correctly.

ADRs are intended as an alternative the the small claims court. They are only allowed to engage once you have completed the operator's internal dispute system. This was explained to you in our communication on the 26th of January.

Please go and engage with the operator's complaints policy. Once you have completed that, please revert back to us.

i hope you can help, after providing every single document that the casino requested ( 6 months of bank statement of the card used to deposit, 6 months of bank statement of my Revolut card, that i never used in their website. 6 months of paysplips, ID card front and retro, Selfie holding the ID card.  Photo of the credit cad used ). I tried to withdraw my legit winnings on the 16 January. The casino has left my request on pending for 10 days now, ignoring my emails and giving a different version of the status of it anytime i contact the chat.

I work in the Igaming business since 5 years and this treatment is something i've never seen toward any customer.

i hope that you can help as i'm a legit customer who provided all the documents requested . Thanks a lot ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
