Hi, I lost access to this mail again but now I have it on my phone so that I am always logged in so I won't lose access to this mail again. I just tried to log in to N1 Casino to upload the requested documents but my account is disabled so I mailed them requesting to reopen my account so that I can upload the requested documents.As soon as they have done that I will upload the documents. Hello.

I have been in contact with the casino operator continuously to try to solve this. They are denying my documents over and over again. I have explained to them on several occassions that it's been well over 1 year since my account was closed - and I have sinced moved to another address. They are ignoring this and repeatedly asking for a proof of address with the following description. “include your name and address, stated in the profile;”.



They are completely ignoring me and not working amicably with me to resolve this situation. Please help me contact them as my emails are just ignored. They keep requesting a document which I cannot get. I can't send in a proof of address that's not older than 90 days with the address that I used to register to their site, because I don't live there anymore.

I have provided them with a government issued proof of address showing that when I created my account on their site, I did indeed live at the registered address - but that I have since moved. I have attached that document to this message aswell for you to see. All other documents have been approved, this is the last remaining step to verify my account. It seems to me like they are being difficult on purpose to further delay my withdrawal.

I know that N1Casino has sent me a verification request in February, all of which I have complied with. The problem is, as I said before, that they are requiring a fresh (no older than 3 months) proof of address from the address that I used when I signed up. I have moved away from that address more than 3 months ago, so it's impossible for me to send such a document. I have told them that numerous times, but they just keep replying with the same standardized message - as I wrote in my complaint. Please explain to me how I can comply with their demand of this document, when it's impossible for me to get. Surely it cannot be against the rules to move addresses? I look forward to your reply,

I understand your 12-month policy. However, I believe this case is different because the dispute is not a historical complaint that was abandoned or resolved more than 12 months ago.

My account verification process is still ongoing and remains unresolved. I attended a video verification call with N1 Casino approximately 3–4 weeks ago and successfully completed all requested steps. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted the operator requesting an update regarding the final stage of verification.

The operator has not rejected my verification, closed my account, or issued a final decision. Instead, they continue to state that they "need more time." As a result, I am still unable to access my funds and the matter remains active today.

Given that the operator is actively handling the verification process and the issue is still ongoing, I respectfully ask whether an exception can be made or whether you could make one final inquiry to the operator regarding the status of my account verification and when a final decision can be expected.

I have cooperated fully with every verification request, including the recent video call, and I am simply seeking a conclusion to a process that has now been ongoing for an exceptionally long period of time.

Our terms state that our limit is 12 months, this case is almost 24 months old.

### **Detailed Explanation**

On **19 June 2024**, I won a total of **€19,952** at **N1Casino**.
I had deposited **€400** and used the **casino’s welcome bonus**. After fully completing the **wagering requirements**, my final balance was **€19,952**.

The following day (20.6.2024), I received an **email from N1Casino congratulating me on my big win**. However, later that same day (20.6.2024), when I tried to log in to my account, I discovered that my **account had been suspended**.

When I contacted the casino’s **live chat support (20.6.2025)**, they informed me that I had allegedly been using a **“cheating scheme.”** This accusation is completely **false**. I played entirely according to the casino’s rules, using my own deposited funds and the welcome bonus as permitted. There was **no form of cheating, manipulation, or violation of the bonus terms**.

At that time, I was relatively **inexperienced** with how to handle such situations, and it seemed there was nothing I could do, so I temporarily **let the matter go**.

Some weeks later, I **lost access to the Gmail account** that was registered with my N1Casino account. When I finally **regained access**, I discovered that the casino had sent me emails **requesting verification documents**. However, those emails had included a **deadline of 1 September 2024** for submitting the documents.

Because I did **not have access to my email** during that period, I was **unaware** of the verification request and the deadline. Once I regained access and contacted the casino, I was told that it was **too late** to verify the account and that there was **nothing they could do** to recover or release the winnings.

To summarize:

- I deposited €400 and played with a welcome bonus.


- I completed all wagering requirements and won €19,952 fairly.


- My account was suspended shortly after the win with no valid explanation.


- I was wrongly accused of “cheating.”


- I missed the verification request only because I had temporarily lost access to my email account.


- Once I regained access, I contacted N1Casino, but they refused to process the verification or pay out my legitimate winnings.



I respectfully request that this case be **re-examined**, as I believe the decision was unjust and the winnings should rightfully be paid out. The casino’s claim of cheating was never substantiated, and the missed verification deadline was due to a **technical issue unrelated to gameplay or intent**. In either case I should be given another chance to provide requested documents.
