Hi Roky90,

We've reviewed your play history. On the 12th of July at 22:43:31 server time you deposited €300 and received €600 as part of the 2nd deposit welcome bonus. This bonus came with a 50xbonus wagering requirement (€30000).

At 22:53:20 server time, you raised your bet to €6/spin, exceeding the maximum bet term associated with the bonus. At this point you had completed a total of €95.50 of the wagering requirement. This was not an isolated incident. During the wagering requirement you placed

1727 €6 wagers
825 €8 wagers
245 €10 wagers
16 €20 wagers

Given these violations of the bonus terms and conditions the operator is within their rights to reset both parties to pre-contract conditions and there is nothing we can do to support you.

We would also point out that given the sheer volume of violations it seems very unlikely that you were unaware that you had breached this term during the discussion above. We would ask in any future complaint that you answer any questions we ask fully and transparently. Failing to do so won't change the outcome of your claim, only delay it.

There's clearly been a typo in the text you received, indicating a wagering of x5 rather than x5**0** as the terms indicate. Regardless, of how it happened, if this was the point of contention we would agree with you. But it is not.

Even with the reduced wagering requirements of x5, the wagering requirement was still €3000. Your first bet above the maximum allow bet of €5 occurred after you had wagered just €95.50, meaning that you have still violated the bonus terms in exactly the same way and voided the bonus contract.

Als ich 5300 € erreichte, wurde mein Konto gesperrt.Das gesamte Geld wurde gelöscht.

Und sie sagten, ich hätte mit einem großen Chip gespielt.

Und vorher muss ich das 20 X des Einsatzes einsetzen.

Ich bin sehr unangenehm überrascht. Und ich denke, ich bin nur deshalb geschädigt, weil ich Glück hatte.
