I am not sure why my previous emails have not been received. I have tried a handful of times to on forward email threads and attachments but to no avail. Therefore, I have answered again (below) and attached proof of account which I believe was the last account details I had added.



- By copies I meant I have majority of copies on my hardrive of all docs I’ve used to verify myself (passport etc) bar the proof of bank account from June last year. I have downloaded another copy of my POA and attached it to this email for reference however the date will differ.

Abandoned – The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our requests for additional information. As such we assume that they’ve managed to resolve their issue on their own.

On 11th Feb 2026 I received an email from N1bet detailing a $30 bonus. I used these funds and began gambling which resulted in a win of $17500. I checked my wallet at the time and the category the money fell under was “real money” rather than “bonus money”. I’d checked after attempting to withdrawal that there is a wager requirement and after reviewing information I’d successfully wager funds also $153/$150 so met these requirements. Prior to checking the wager requirements and whilst awaiting the processing of my withdrawal, I messaged the live support chat to confirm the funds were legitimate and to see if there are any issues with the funds. He explicitly said there were no discrepancies. I messaged the live support chat further throughout the time period and some had vague answers/ responses re: how long it would take to process.

Anyway, I since receive an email explaining that I’m ineligible for the entire balance withdrawal and their T&Cs state that I can only withdrawal 10x the bonus amount and they’ve adjusted my balance accordingly. I received $500 (which clearly surpasses the threshold they’re trying to enforce). I again messaged the live support chat asking for the complaints process to which they responded “this choice was made by administration and you can’t complain”.

Another factor that contributes to my frustration is following winning $17500, I told my biological brother who also gambled the $30 bonus. He won $900 and withdrew successfully $700 which again, surpassed the 10x balance which creates inconsistency in what N1bet is willing to accept.


In addition, due to such disappointment with N1bets response, I’ve repeatedly asked them to permanently deactivate my account. I responded to the thread at least 4 times asking they do so and they pitifully suggest larger sized bonus money being rewarded to me. I find this sooo disrespectful. They are happen to take my money and encourage gambling but refuse to reconsider their stance. They’ve still failed to permanently deactivate my account as requested.
