I am explaining the essence of my complaint.
My account balance was accumulated during the games and at the time of the lock was 6298.98 euros. The casino announced the account was blocked on December 26.
Even before the account was blocked, on December 24, I took part in the XMAS Race tournament. And I managed to win a prize in the tournament. The casino also congratulated me on my winnings.
However, the winnings from participating in the XMAS Race tournament were not paid.
The casino paid out only the funds that were in my balance before participating in the tournament.
I believe that due to the fact that I participated in the tournament before my account was blocked, and also considering the fact that the casino recognized my winnings by congratulating me by email, I have the right to receive a payout of winnings from participating in the tournament.

I'm having trouble getting a win in the N1Bet tournament.

On December 26, I successfully completed the verification procedure for my account.

Earlier, on December 24, I received an email from the casino congratulating me on winning the XMAS Race tournament. However, the letter did not specify the exact amount of the winnings. According to my calculations, it amounted to 5,000 euros.

However, the casino refuses to pay me the winnings, citing its administrative decision.

I have repeatedly contacted the casino's support service to clarify the amount of winnings and find out the reason for the refusal to pay. However, the casino refuses to provide me with the requested information.
